Be sure to click here and complete your smart waiver ahead of time! All guests are required to sign our waiver and the lead traveler must sign a boat charter agreement upon arrival with the captain.

You will be able to select a captain at checkout, we will check if that captain is available to do the trip on that specific Date/Time. If the captain is not available we will send you a text message with a new captain selection, we ask the customer to please reply to this info ASAP because we have to confirm with all the captains.

Other Than what you will see at Checkout there are no hidden fees, The captain fee will be the only extra fee you will pay directly to the captain, please check your boat for the specific Captain Fee amount.

Weather in Miami is unpredictable, for that reason we do not rely on forecasts, we ask all the customers to show at the marina at your scheduled time, unless you hear from the company otherwise. Do not assume the trip will be cancelled due to weather in your area. In case of rain at your arrival, we will wait up to 20 minutes past your starting time hoping the weather clears, and if it doesn’t, then we will act according to your weather protection selection (see checkout).
