Yes, we will provide you with all the safety equipment you need to make your ride a wonderful one; we have lifejackets for your small ones, just please let us know beforehand for more than 2 children going with you.

As much as we love pets we cannot take pets that are not Service pets, they have to have a certificate, other than that we cannot take them.

According to the FWC you will only need a Boater’s license if you were born after 1/1/1988, you can get one online, either permanent or temporary.

Yes, as long as its approved by NASBLA and you have it with you the day of your rental you should be good to go. (Cell phone pictures also work)

Unfortunately we don’t have Jet Skis right now, we might provide you with info for another company that might have so you can rent from them, just give us a call 😉

Our Boats can reach speeds of over 30 MPH depending on the conditions, if you are going with a full capacity it will be hard for the boat to reach that kind of speed, also the Miami Police is very strict with the speed limits, they are trying to protect human life as well as marine life, please act accordingly to the area and help us make your trip a memorable one.

Our Limits are pretty big considering other rental companies, we do forbid going to the Open Ocean as it’s dangerous for customers even with experience, please go to the Limits tab for a map with the specifics.

At least you should have the basics from a past experience if you want to go by yourself, we will make sure to give you quick hands on instructions on how to operate the boat before you leave, just make sure to let us know if you have any doubts before departing with the boat. If you do not feel fit to drive it please also let us know and we may send a driver with you.

No, we pride ourselves to be very transparent with our customers, all you see before paying is what you are going to pay and nothing else. Gas is included in our prices. Please call us if you have any special promotions.

Weekends are the busiest days we have, therefore we suggest you reserve in advance at least 1 week if you already know what weekend day you are going out, anyways always check our live availability online or give us a call for any specific days, we also take last minute reservations and we might be able to accommodate you on a boat, so is always good to call.

Definitely, our Schedule has live availability and it updates within seconds, you can place your reservation online with confidence, you will receive an email with the Confirmation and the receipt for your booking.

Yes, our Main location has parking inside for $20 per vehicle, there is free parking outside the premises at your own risk.

Right now we are not accepting applications for boat club.

We are very open when it comes to this, you can bring your own food, cooler with ice, drinks etc, just help us maintain our boats clean for you and the next guests. If you need a cooler with ice we also have that option for a small fee. IMPORTANT: our boats are a drug free zone; we have 0 tolerances when it comes to any kind of drugs and we will terminate your rental without your consent and contact the authorities.

Definitely, Miami offers a variety of places where you can throw the anchor and go in the water, if you do not know where to go, ask our staff and we will gladly suggest a couple places.

As much as we love the water and water sports our insurance policy is a little bit hard when it comes to Towing sports, I this case we won’t allow any kind of water sports, call our office for different suggestions.

You can book the boat for yourself for up to 12 passengers depending on the boat, or we also have for just couples, The price reflected do not show the fee for the captain, in the description you will find different options for captains and their fee. You can bring anything you want on the boat.

Definitely we are up for any great experience and exceeding expectations, you can bring light decorations on the boat, NO Confetti or Balloons arrangements of more than 10 balloons, the boat has come back to the same original configuration once you come back with it otherwise we may charge a Cleaning fee of $50.

At the moment we do not allow fishing from our boats, if we see you boarding with fishing gear we will gladly ask you to leave it at the marina.

Since we are located inside the Miami River and the whole river is a NO WAKE ZONE the trip to the bay could be around 10 to 15 minutes.

No, we will give you the boat full of gas or at least enough to complete your rental and have extra gas just in case.

Yes, we will put a hold on your card 24 hours before your reservation time for $300 which is the security deposit. This deposit will be totally released as long as you comply with the different rules and regulations as much as the cleanliness and status of the boat. Ask our staff if you have any questions regarding the security deposit.

The cost of labor and replacement of the propeller is usually $280, we offer a $19.99 Propeller insurance which will cover you in case this happens, we also have a Full Protection Package available that will cover the boat in case of damage, keep in mind the towing expenses of the boat (if needed) will not be covered, nor third party damages to other boats or liabilities.

We understand Mother Nature, and since it is not our customers fault neither ours we are willing to reschedule for any unforeseen circumstances, like Thunderstorms, hurricanes, tornados alerts, high tides alerts, etc. The customer will have a chance to reschedule their reservation to another available time, and will have up to 1 year to do so. If you are traveling from another country or state, we recommend you get the weather protection, which will provide you with a full refund in case this happens. For weather purposes we check our weather software, and we will determine with a couple hours before the reservation to be as accurate as we can if it’s safe to go out and if the rain will affect our area. Please stay in contact with our staff members, do not assume the rental will not go on if it’s raining at that time.
